Job Description
Job Responsibilities​
Responsible for developing and expanding the overseas market of Autel Intelligent drone products in the assigned region, formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.​
Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with local distributors, agents, and end customers (including industries such as security, inspection, emergency, and surveying and mapping).​
Conduct in-depth market research, collect industry information, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, and provide feedback and suggestions for product optimization and market strategy adjustment.​
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth progress of sales projects, including product promotion, quotation negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales support coordination.​
Participate in overseas industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product influence in the target market.​
Job Requirements​
Recruitment target: International students in China.Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Able to communicate in Chinese,Fluent in English (both oral and written); proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, or Russian is a significant advantage, depending on the target market (e.g., Spanish for Latin America, Arabic for the Middle East).​
Familiar with the drone industry or related fields (such as aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, or industrial automation) is preferred; understanding of drone product knowledge (e.g., performance parameters, application scenarios) is a plus.​
At least 1-2 years of overseas sales experience, with experience in channel development, customer relationship management, or project sales; fresh graduates with outstanding potential are also considered.​
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with strong market insight and business development ability.​
Ability to adapt to overseas business trips if needed; proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.​
Familiar with the legal regulations, market environment, and cultural customs of the target country/region, especially in terms of product certification, import/export procedures, and business etiquette.​
