Job Description
1) Responsible for translation and proofreading of text of knowledge bases, service rule processes, etc.
2) Collaborate with the whole customer service team, responsible for collecting, researching, and analyzing business-related data, and providing analysis and optimization reports.
3) Responsible for user research of target market/country and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize rules and processing procedures to raise customer satisfaction rates.
Requirements:
1) Native speaker of Swedish/Italian/Romanian/German/Spanish/Arabic, etc
2) Experiences in online shopping, familiar with domestic and overseas e-commerce platforms in foreign countries
3) Familiar with the operation processes of customer service
