1. Responsible for translation and proofreading of text of knowledge bases, service rule processes, etc.;
2. Collaborate with the whole customer service team, responsible for collecting, researching, and analyzing business-related data, and providing analysis and optimization reports;
3. Responsible for user research of target market/country and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize rules and processing procedures to raise customer satisfaction rates.

Requirements:
1. Native speaker of German/Spanish/French/Norwegian, Azerbaijani, Japanese, etc;
2. Experiences in online shopping, familiar with domestic and overseas e-commerce platforms in foreign countries;
3. Familiar with the operation processes of customer service.
