3) Responsible for user research of target market/country and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize rules and processing procedures to raise customer satisfaction rates.

Requirements:
1) Native speaker of French/Spanish/German/ Italian/ Portuguese/ Dutch/ Swedish/ Polish/ Czech/ Greek/ Hebrew/ Finnish/ Romanian/ Danish/ Norwegian/ Magyar/ Slovene/ Bulgarian/ Estonian/ Latvian/ Croatian/Lithuanian/Montenegrin/Bosnian/Icelandic/Albanian/Macedonian/Russian/Ukrainian/Turkish/Armenian, etc
2) Experiences in online shopping, familiar with domestic and overseas e-commerce platforms in foreign countries
3) Familiar with the operation processes of customer service
