Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily feedback from social media users, event promotion, problem communication and resolution; timely feedback of online problems to product managers;
2. Responsible for the maintenance of overseas communities and social media, responsible for outputting articles, emails, video content, etc. to promote new features and major versions;
3. Responsible for the English translation of all product features, pages, and promotional materials to ensure the accuracy and conversion effect of the copy;
4. Able to plan social media activities, bring new fans to official accounts and communities, and activate existing fans;
5. Responsible for maintaining product-related FAQs, and give suggestions for optimizing products based on user feedback to improve product reputation.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, no major limit, native English speakers or long-term overseas study experience are preferred;
2. Understand Internet products and know how Internet teams collaborate
3. Positive work attitude, willing to learn new knowledge, summarize and share experience.
