I. Job duties.
1、Responsible for timely response to customer pre-sales and after-sales products, technical issues, coordination of internal and external resources, and give continuous follow-up and resolution.
2、For customer type and industry, do a good job of corresponding solution communication, and pre-sales solutions to promote the implementation.
3、Giving product-related display guidance, video and document update support.
4、Responsible for understanding and organizing customer needs for products, feedback to the company's R & D department for product improvement and optimization.
5、To complete other work delivered by the leadership.

Second, the job requirements.
1、Bachelor degree (or above), background in communication, electronics, computer and other related majors, can use 3D modeling
2、Interested in science and technology electronic products, with technology electronic products large factories, 3D vision and other work experience is preferred.
