Overseas assignments - Russia/Mexico/Brazil/Germany/Philippines/Vietnam and other countries
Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily operation and management of overseas warehouses
-Responsible for managing the inbound and outbound operations, inventory counting, order sorting, and optimizing the shipping process of overseas warehouses in the country, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy;
-Monitor warehouse logistics data, regularly analyze key indicators such as inventory turnover rate and loss rate, and propose improvement plans;
-Coordinate local logistics service providers, customs clearance companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth cross-border logistics links.
2. Team management and localized collaboration
-Manage the local warehousing team, develop work plans and supervise their execution to improve team collaboration efficiency;
-Coordinate with local government agencies, industry associations, and partners to ensure business compliance and local resource integration.
3. Compliance and Security Management
-Familiar with the storage regulations, tax policies, and customs requirements of the host country to ensure that warehouse operations comply with local legal standards;
-Develop and implement warehouse security management systems to prevent cargo damage, theft, and operational risks.
4. Cost control and system optimization
-Control warehousing costs (rent, manpower, logistics, etc.) and develop cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategies;
-Collaborate with the IT department to optimize the Overseas Warehouse Management System (WMS) and promote digital operations.
5. Cross departmental collaboration
-Work closely with the headquarters supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to support the achievement of sales targets and customer demand response.
Job requirements:
1. Educational background:
-Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management, or foreign languages;
-International students or those with overseas study/life experience are preferred.
2. Experience requirements:
-Accepting outstanding fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of work experience, with priority given to those with experience in warehousing/logistics/cross-border e-commerce internships;
-Inexperienced individuals can receive 3 months of paid training at the domestic headquarters, and after passing the assessment, they can be sent abroad for employment.
3. Language proficiency:
-English can be used as a working language (CET-6 or equivalent level);
-Priority will be given to those with local language proficiency in the host country (such as Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Filipino, Vietnamese, etc.).
4. Other requirements:
-Priority will be given to those holding long-term residency status, passport, or study visa in the host country;
-Adapt to long-term overseas assignments, possess cross-cultural communication skills and strong resilience to pressure;
-Clear logic, excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel/WMS systems.
