Job Description
position statement:
1. Responsible for the development and communication of overseas customers.
2. Responsible for sorting out and responding to the inquiries and doing the later follow-up work.
3. Customer reception, business negotiation, etc.
4. Responsible for the internal analysis and improvement of customer complaints and the follow-up of the improvement results.
5. Maintain communication with customers and return visits, and develop new customers with the help of the industry platform.

Job requirements:
1. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2. Proficient in risk assessment and control of foreign trade business processes and various links, and able to sign contracts smoothly.
3. Ensure the safety and timely recovery of receivables.
4, Proficient in using office software such as: Word, excel, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Outlook,
class.
5. Have good communication, coordination and execution skills, practical and serious work, quick and keen response, and strong sense of responsibility.
