US ocean freight Arrival Notice (A/N) dispatch
Demurrage / Detention (D&D) inquiry and payment processing
LFD / Free Time inquiry and early warning alerts
AI-powered automated email and logistics business processing
With the continuous growth of Vietnam-US route business, we are building our Vietnam market team. We are looking for an outstanding young Vietnamese talent to work in China on a long-term basis, acting as the key liaison between our China-based team and Vietnamese clients.
Key Responsibilities
Vietnamese Client Communication: Conduct daily communication with local Vietnamese Freight Forwarders, Shipping / Logistics Companies and other ocean shipping-related enterprises via Zalo, Email, phone calls, WhatsApp and online meetings to identify and understand client demands.
US Document Exchange Service Promotion: Focus on introducing and promoting our products to Vietnamese clients, gain in-depth understanding of their business scenarios, and support them to complete full business onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Currently residing in China, or eligible to enter China legally for long-term employment. Tourism visa holders are not accepted for this position. If you currently hold a Chinese student visa or other types of Chinese visa, you must be able to complete all legal work permit procedures in accordance with relevant Chinese regulations.
