1. Technical support related
Pre-sale: Responsible for pre-sale technical support such as product installation, commissioning, and demonstration; product application solutions; conduct pre-sale product explanations and customer technical exchanges.
In-sale: Coordinate internal company resources to communicate effectively with customers, advance project progress, and achieve goals; provide technical training for agents; responsible for guiding and planning project implementation.
After-sale: Provide after-sale technical services; handle customer service and support needs.
2 Technical communication and coordination
Coordinate and communicate cross-departmental resources to advance technical difficulties and risk points in the project implementation process.
If customer issues cannot be resolved on spot, responsible for fully understanding customer issues and communicating with the backend, and presenting the backend's solutions to customers in full; answer technical questions encountered during sales visits3. Market and business development
Assist senior management in developing overseas markets; participate in industry exhibitions
Regularly collect market information and customer feedback to provide decision-making

Qualifications:
1. Chinese language communication skills, bachelor's degree or above, any major, fresh graduates can be trained.
