Owner Services Supervisor

What you will be doing: - Lead and manage all aspects of the Owner Services function, ensuring all service standards are followed.
- Develop, train, and mentor all colleagues on all aspects of the Owner Services function.
- Manage and coordinate Owner benefits and reservations as outlined in the project documents including the Accor Ownership Benefits Program.
- Complete quality control checks of reservations and profiles
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
- Ensure A La Carte Expenses for owners are tracked and recorded properly on a monthly basis
- Maintain strong financial performance through management of expenses and revenues.
- Manage Owner website and social media. Ensuring proper noticing and documentation occurs in compliance with California Davis Stirling Act and existing governing documents..
- Manage owner social engagement events throughout the calendar year. Important Event dates include Fourth of July Event & Fleet Week Owner Event and weekly wine and cheese receptions.
- Participate in weekly Owner Town Hall.
- Participate in monthly/quarterly Corporate Owner Services Calls.
- Develop and manage strategies to support and enhance the value of homeownership for residence owners including the creation of property specific benefits, managing global exchange opportunities through the Reciprocal Use Program, Rental program, and other Owner benefits
- Assist Owners and Guests regarding facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Develop and maintain strong Owner relationships to ensure loyalty
- Record and utilize Owner’s passions, preferences and other pertinent information into ACDC (Accor’s global Loyalty system) and internal owner profile binders.
- Complete ALL reporting on a bi-weekly basis, including reconciling operations/rejected operations & member stay reports
- Oversee and manage online platforms such as “wufoo” and Owner Survey platform, ensure timely communication and response
- Assist in supervising and assisting the Residence Services team as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Your experience and skills include: - Previous leadership experience in a hospitality setting required
- Experience in residential management and owner relations preferred
- University/ College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Previous experience with a Property Management System required
- Fluent in Microsoft Window applications and relevent computer applications.
- Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to focus attention on owner & guest needs, remaining calm and curtious at all times.
- Physical aspects of Position (include but not limited to): Constant sitting, telephone and computer work. Occasional standing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
