A k12 bilingual school is seeking a qualified P.E. Teacher with a specialization in Football to join the international school community in Dongguan.
Requirements:
-✅ Master’s degree or above (Required)
-✅Teaching qualification certificate (Preferred)
-✅ At least 3 years of teaching experience in bilingual or international school settings
-✅Strong background in football instruction and coaching
Position: Physical Education Teacher - Football Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and deliver a comprehensive football (soccer) curriculum for students of varying ages and skill levels, focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and the rules of the game.
Plan and lead engaging, progressive, and safe training sessions and practical classes that promote skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the sport.
Coach school football teams, including preparing for and managing games, tournaments, and competitions. This involves conducting tryouts, developing team strategies, and providing motivational leadership.
Assess and monitor student-athlete performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing individualized development plans to help each student reach their potential.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by enforcing safety protocols, properly maintaining sports equipment and facilities, and promoting safe play and injury prevention practices.
Integrate theoretical knowledge of football, including sports science, nutrition, and football history, into practical lessons where appropriate.
Collaborate with the Physical Education department to contribute to the overall PE program and school sports events.
Foster a positive, inclusive, respectful, and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation from all students, regardless of gender or background.
Uphold and promote the values of fair play, respect, integrity, and teamwork both on and off the field.
