We are lookingfor talent for: PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION ADVISOR THE ROLE: 1. Provide a range of human resources and operational support to our organization. Acts as trusted business partner in all P&O matters for the business. 2. Embrace change and facilitate implementation of change management initiatives for evolving business/company. Support with the P&O BP´s to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations. 3. Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions as well as people related issues such as manager / employee and colleague relationship. 4. Point of contact (enabler) between P&O BP and HR Admin to ensure the effectiveness/continuous improvement of cross functional processes and/or services. 5. Manage data and documentation handling at a local level as required, as well as consolidation and data analysis. 6. Educating managers and employees on best use of on-demand solutions for relevant P&O related topics (e.g, AskHR, CARL, Self-service applications). 7. Implementation of P&O projects and initiatives. 8. Partner with the organization by actively participating in managing the business and integrating the P&O function with business activities to provide value to the customer. 9. Partner with LC Mexico P&O areas as needed. LOCATION: Guatemala City REQUIREMENTS: • BS/BA in related discipline required; an advanced degree is preferred. • A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in a human resources business partner capacity with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above. • Must have HR Generalist/Partner experience, obtained in a variety of assignments of increasing responsibility. • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization • English: Advanced level • IT affinity for digitalization of finance processes SKILLS / CAPABILITIES: • Growth Mindset • Data driven • Business Results Orientation • Communication • Teamwork • Customer Orientation • Collaboration and Influencing • Problem Solving • Change Management.
