Change the future with us Support People Business Partner in People Operations (White collar & Blue collar employees) Support Hiring & onboarding process Responsible for processing the payroll for the location Redressing the issues of the workmen related to payrolls, attendance, leaves calculations Generating reports related to wages/ salaries for factory management Appraising factory workers about communications from Management Annual leave calculation for blue collar as per the wage agreement clause. Process application of superannuation & Death cases viz: PF withdrawal, Pension forms, EDLI, Siemens Sahayata Scheme, Gratuity. Ensure separation formalities as per Siemens process Process request for replacement of ID cards and PKI cards Ensure separation formalities as per Siemens process Initiate Organization changes are per requirement Ensure the statutory compliance related to factory Use your skills to move the world forward You should have minimum experience of 2 years of experience in Human Resources in Factory/ Manufacturing setup MBA would be an added advantage Keen-ness to explore and learn Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Aurangabad.
