You are the project lead for rollouts of the new P&O setup with SuccessFactors and an external payroll provider You ensure timely global implementation of target P&O Service and IT landscape (incl. payroll outsourcing) Therefore, you collaborate with internal and external partners on executing P&O Service Delivery and IT roadmap, including, e.g. IT, global and local expert teams, external vendors You are responsible to communicate and advocate our P&O Service Delivery strategy to stakeholders As a service owner for the P&O Service contracts with providers, you are responsible for demand management and support vendor selection processes (incl. RfP) You ensure compliance and operational excellence of the P&O IT solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners Furthermore, you identify areas for improvement and define measures and actions in collaboration with P&O organizations and in line with our global strategy You continuously challenge the status quo and optimize the landscape in alignment with our P&O Service and IT strategy Additionally, you partner with local and regional P&O heads and understand business requirements to deliver measurable value through our P&O IT portfolio What you need to make real what matters.
