Taulia is a Supply Chain Financing solution platform wherein supplier can dynamically choose whether to take early payment of any or a bunch of invoices for discount/ early payment from the Bank named “Greensill”.

To invite suppliers on to Taulia platform, we shares a link to access the self-service Taulia platform via the AstraZeneca Business Exchange. Once supplier completes the enrollment, they receive notification about the invoices and receives early payment opportunities. To enable this entire process; it requires working with IT  to ensure systems configuration are right, identifying suppliers, sharing invitation and providing support to  Suppliers, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders. This role will act as Taulia Subject Matter Expert and will provide support for Taulia expansion.

Key Role and Responsible:

• Identifying suppliers for Taulia Enrollment
• Level 2 Support for Suppliers who are enrolled on Taulia but couldn’t encash Invoices 
• Work with Taulia Support, Finance and IT Team for regular queries, system upgrades, system changes, etc.. There will be need to do multiple UAT Testings
• Tracking & Reporting on the Progress and issues
• Identify gaps & take appropriate actions e.g. Missing Payments, accounts on block / vendor can not request early payment, etc.
• Reconciliation between what is on Taulia portal vs. SAP
• Support Taulia Expansion

Required Skill Set:

• Finance background, P2P experience and working knowledge of SAP
• Any technical SAP background will be preferred
• Good communication skills.
• Good with Excel
• Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple regions / processes.
• Proactive in highlighting issues or challenges
