- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience gained within commercial banking or law firms
- Holders of IANG visa with PRC background will also be considered
- Good academic background, preferably in legal related discipline
- Experience in drafting commercial and corporate legal document is essential
- Knowledge in PRC law will be an added advantage
- Good command in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in MS office applications
