PBL Science Teacher / Cross-Discipline Teacher (with Native Speaker & ESL Strengths)

Start: March 2026

This position is opening as the school is expanding its Project-Based Learning (PBL) team.
We are looking for passionate educators who can lead rigorous, real-world learning
experiences and collaborate across subject areas.

Role Overview
You will design and deliver PBL-driven lessons that help students build curiosity, critical
thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. You may teach within one subject area
while also supporting interdisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver PBL units aligned with international curriculum goals
• Facilitate inquiry-based classrooms that emphasize real-world application
• Support cross-discipline projects with other teaching staff
• Mentor students through teamwork, reflection, and presentation milestones
• Contribute to curriculum co-design and teacher training initiatives

Preferred Profile
• PBL teacher, subject specialist, or interdisciplinary educator
• Native English speaker or near-native proficiency preferred
• ESL / EAL teaching experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable teaching in diverse, bilingual, multicultural settings
• Strong collaboration habits and high professional integrity
