This position will be the technical representative in Field team at Intel, deliver technical support to customer and also give customer/market feedback to Intel business unit for competitive product development.
You need to understand our customer's requirements and provide technical support to make our customer's system competitive in the Client product market.

Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the design, development, testing and utilization of information processing hardware/Software/Firmware and/or electrical components, mechanisms, materials, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and cabinetry for central processing units (CPUs) and/or peripheral equipment. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports. Ensures products conform to standards and specifications. Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risk. Develops procedures, analysis and design for computer components, products, and systems. Initiates, guides, and coordinates overall design and development of new ideas and products. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

BS in Computer science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years of industry experience in Computer product development.
Experience in Processor architecture, Electrical circuit design, Chassis/Thermal/Mechanical design, Low level(Firmware, BIOS, Driver) or Application level programming.
Must have good presentation, interpersonal communication skills with Teamwork.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
