Job Duties:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk and user support
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software
• Solve Internet, LAN & email connectivity problems
• Provide any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors
  
  

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE / Certificate / Diploma in Computer science / Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• At least 1 year working experience in PC / Printer installation and maintenance support
• Good customer service skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• HK Permanent Resident is required
