Job Description:

• To provide Installation & technical support services to potential customers, e.g. PC/Laptop Installation and Migration, Cloud-based application configuration
• To follow installation guideline and troubleshooting software application problems

 

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE / Certificate or above in Computer Studies
• Familiar with PC desktop hardware platforms & peripherals (printer, scanner, etc.)
• Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure is important
• Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
• Candidate with previous working experience is highly preferred
