Our Client is looking for several PC Field Engineer. Provide on-the-job training to less experienced / fresh graduates candidates. It would be a great opportunity to step into the IT industry.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work directly with end users and clients to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
• Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment
• Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

 

Job Requirement:

• Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related subject
• Knowledge / Experience in IT is preferred
• Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
• Immediate available
