We are currently looking to hire a PCB Applications Engineer to join our forward-thinking team here at Siemens EDA! This role covers the entire PCB design to manufacturing flow, allowing you to take ownership of sales engagements as the technical subject matter expert in collaboration with the sales account teams. What you’ll be doing leading from a Technical perspective during sales engagements Assessing customer needs and architecting solutions Building proof of concept environments and assisting in deployments Presenting and demonstrating solutions Presenting business value/return on investment Delivering workshops/training/support Reporting into the European PCB and System Solutions Technical Team, this role is pan-European and includes travelling from time to time, both European and International. What you’ll bring Understanding of the overall PCB development process, from design to manufacturing (and possibly, simulation) Understanding the infrastructure aspects of PCB design such as component information management, PCB design data management is a plus.
