1.负责PCB/PCBA以及电子物料国产化项目供应商质量管理；
2.新供应商发展和评估；
3.供应商物料质量评审, 供应商改善报告跟踪与年度供应商供货成绩考核;
4.处理跟踪供应商内外部投诉并协调组织相关质量活动，制定相关预防措施；
5.协助项目采购完成前期物料质量策划,协助商务采购制定供应商策略；
6.推动供应商质量持续改善，以及供应商质量方法培训；
7.与供应商合作，确保供应商良好稳定的质量表现;

1.Supplier quality management for PCB/PCBA and electronic components localization.
2.New supplier development and assessment.
3.Supplier material quality review, follow up supplier improvement report and annual supplier quality performance review. 
4.Deal with internal and external supplier quality complaint, organize and coordinate related quality activities, and make preventive actions at supplier plant.
5.Support project purchasing with advance material quality plan, support commodity purchasing with supplier strategy making.
6.Push supplier quality CIP, conduct quality tool training at supplier plant. 
7.Cooperate with supplier to assure good and stable quality performance.

1．具备良好的沟通能力，熟悉供应商质量管理流程。
2．具备团队合作精神，可在压力下工作。
3．电子背景工科本科及以上学历。
4．具备良好的人际关系处理能力, 英文口语书写流利。
5.  VDA6.3与TS16949审核员优先。

1. Familiar with process of supplier quality management, good communication skill. 
2. Has strong team work spirit. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Bachelor degree and above, with electric background.
4. Good interpersonal skill. Proficient in English.
5. VDA6.3 or TS16949 internal auditor is preferred.
