1) Conduct DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) analysis for new or upgraded PCB acc. to the standards (incl. IPC610 and internal rules of PCB layout) and SMT & THT machine capability, then drive PCB design optimization based on the deviations.
2) Define PCBA process flow, develop process-FMEA & control plan, prepare working instruction and conduct machine and process capability study.
3) Follow up the deviations or problems found in PCBA trial production until it is closed, and coordinate with ENG designers for improvement if needed.
4) Lead the problem solving process for major issues or improvement projects, which has contribution to quality and work efficiency improvement.
5) Establish and maintain PCBA process related technical document and criterions.
6) To train and coach PCBA process related junior engineers and technicians.
7) Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
1) 依据电路板设计的相关标准（包括IPC610和公司内部有关电路板设计的规范）以及生产设备能力评估新设计的或升级后的电路板的可制造性，并依据评估过程中发现的偏差推动研发设计人员优化电路板设计；
2) 定义电路板生产工艺流程，开发过程FMEA以及控制计划，准备操作指导文件，并执行机器能力和过程能力验证；
3) 跟踪电路板试产过程中发现的偏差或问题直至解决，必要时推动研发设计人员进行设计优化；
4) 主导解决电路板工艺相关的重大问题或改善项目，持续改善产品质量以及提高生产效率；
5) 创建，管理电路板工艺技术相关标准文件；
6) 为电路板工艺相关的初级工程师或技术员提供必要的培训和指导;
7) 落实上级主管安排的其他工作。

1) BA degree in electronic technical or engineering field.
2) Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
3) Proficient with PC and Altium Designer, MS Office, Auto-CAD software applications.
4) Minimum of 2 years design and engineering or 6 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing.
5) Be accomplished in PCBA assembly process and related criteria & standard, specification. Be familiar with the equipment such as SMT, reflow soldering, and wave soldering and so on.
6) Good project management skill.
7) Good communication and coordination skill. Strong sense of responsibility.
1) 大学本科学历, 电子技术及工程相关专业.
2) 流利的英语口语及书写能力.
3) 熟练电脑操作能力, 包括 Altium Designer, MS office和Auto CAD.
4) 最少具备2年以上研发后工程或者6年以上PCBA制造相关工作经验.
5) 精通PCBA加工工艺和相关标准或规范, 熟悉SMT, 回流焊, 波峰焊等设备.
6) 良好的项目管理能力.
7) 良好的沟通协调能力. 具备较强的责任感.
