Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensures manufacturability of new products, understanding customer requirement, prepare tooling/product assembly build instruction.
2. Continuously improve productivity and quality by optimizing design, process and tooling/fixture.
3. Assists in training production personnel on new processes.

Specific Job Skills:
1. Develop assembly process flow and work instruction.
2. Prepare PCBA assembly fixture and tooling.
3. Perform PCBA DFM review and provide the improvement idea.
4. Perform process defect and yield analysis.
5. Optimize existing process to improve the efficiency and yield.
6. Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills with team and foreign customer.
7. High motivation and willingness to learn.

Education and/or Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
2. 2-3 years PCBA NPI working experience, be familiar with SMT/wave soldering/washing/coating/assembly process.
3. Good oral and written English.
