• 8+ years related with EMS, industrial, automotive and medical electronics working experience for BD(business development),sales, account management or program management environment, at least 3+years sales experience.
• Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering or business field.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of business, commercial issues and new sales hunting.
• Good sale experience in PCBA, box build, system integration and/or related products.
• Outgoing and result oriented, proactive, systematic, accurate and reliable.
• Flexible, strong & persuasive character and ability to listen.
• Take responsibility.
• Preferably have own car.
