• Responsible for driving challenging R&D projects in the field of PSA label in the Asia Pacific region.

• Design the new product structure based on the customer VOC and internal exports recommendation.

• Lead multi-functional project teams, coordinate pilot and plant trials, gather and analyze data associated with all technology aspects of the project through statistical methodology.  Determine logical next steps and recommend actions to the project team and management.

• Organize and execute R&D activities according to New Product Introduction (NPI) process, involving the use of the appropriate Project Management tools and Databases. 

• Responsibilities to develop technical expertise in the given field. Build up the relationship between the material and performance.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in New Product Development with proven records of project delivery.

• PSA label industry experience will be a plus.

• Strong ability to build up the relationship between the material and the application performance.

• Strong communication, organization, interaction skills.

• Strong ability to work in cross-functional and global teams and willingness to be a team player, demonstrate technical leadership in team work and proved record of successful leading.

•  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

•  Ability to translate customer needs into product specifications.

EDUCATION:

• Masters’ degree or above in Paper making, Polymer, Chemical or Chemical Engineering.
