• Responsible for new product solution development to meet customer needs and deliver business results timely, mainly focusing on Graphics projects.

• Responsible for working with commercial business development team and sales team to understand marketing as well as identify , screen and consolidate real opportunities then to  transfer the opportunities as our real product depending on your own good technical design capabilities. 

• Work with production and procurement function BUs to do new material qualifications and new production feasibility studies

• Responsible for Graphics raw materials and finished products test, simulation test etc.

• Collect and sort out the test results timely, accurately and completely and report to manager on time

• Responsible for the update and management of internal testing standards, SOP and other documents.

• Responsible for other testing work arranged by manager

• Strictly comply with the company's confidentiality system, and keep the test and experimental data confidential.

• Bachelor degree or above is preferred, major in paper, polymer materials, analytical chemistry,  etc.

• Familiar with the operation method of various instruments.

• Hardworking, careful, strong execution.

• Strong communication ability and logical thinking ability.

• 1-2 years QC experience is preferred.

• Bachelor degree or above is preferred, major in paper, polymer materials, printing, package, label, analytical chemistry,  etc.

• Adhesive or coating related development or new product development experience is preferred.

• Strong communication ability and logical thinking ability. 

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in New Product Development with proven records of project delivery. And can accept fresh graduates if the candidates have proven and strong capabilities, skills etc.
