Job Description:

• Overall plan all daily management and work for PD department projects;
• As core contact of DG factory, coordinate works between Corporate design/business team and factory side;
• In charge of making development target and policy, to ensure all process meet related procedure requirement;
• In charge of design review to ensure project meet better engineering schedule;
• In charge of the approval for new product development, design, sampling, trial and bulk production;
• In charge of related department HR action, like recruitment, training and development, and performance review, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, with the major in Mechanical Engineering related;
• At least 10 years’ experience in development management, with 3 years same position working experience;
• Familiar with new product development process, electronic product design standard and production compliance;
• Familiar with plastic and metal mold structure and design, with working experience in connector and medical facility product are preferred;
• Familiar with Solidworks and FEA analysis, etc.;
• Outstanding team management and building skill and cross-team communication skill are required;
• Excellent English skill, and use as working language in daily work.
