We are looking forward to a PD Project Manager in Eaton Electrical based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country. Your essential responsibilities: Implement all the awarded projects. Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope ad contract schedule. Manage all third parties involve in a project. Exercise a solution all the difficulties in the project activities Collaborate with solution team to work on any dissipate in the scope of project. Monitor all the project works and ensure all the quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements Ensuring the QMS meets its goals Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS Create a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications If you are: Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Industrial Engineering or any other Engineering 7+ years of Project Manager / Site manager Experience with UPS, power systems and solutions Hands on experience on Power quality & Panel Distribution product, proven by being a service engineer at the first time of the career Knowledge of various system in electrical engineering in broad range of Industry: commercial, mining, utility, etc. #LI-PB What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
