Manage both the people and the technical deliverables, in the Analog Design Front End QA, in the Process Design Kits team. Primary responsibility is the validation of Custom Design components across process nodes and multiple EDA flows. Manage the development of regression test suite and execute them to validate PDK wrt pcells, models, simulators, cross tool results comparison etc. Analyze customer issues and QA coverage gaps, help debug and root cause QA failures, communicate and work with PDK developers, track open issues and drive to closure. Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of the team members.

Qualifications

BTech/BE/MTech/ME/MSc in Electronics/Computer science with 12+ yrs Industry experience in PDK development, QA and/or customer support.. Candidate should have knowledge of analog circuit design, industry standard simulators and models, including variation and aging and PDK contents in general. Candidate should have exposure to a breadth of EDA tools from different vendors. Planning, prioritization, delegation skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
