• Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software tools, flows, PDK design components, and/or methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing
• Capturing user stories/requirements
• Writing both functional and test code
• Automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and endtoend testing of the software tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant scientific STEM major
• 4+ years of professional experience

Experience must be in the following areas:

• Schematic and layout features in custom layout tools like Synopsys Custom Compiler or Cadence Virtuoso
• Foundry process technology knowledge in advance nodes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Custom technology file development or customization.
• Parameterized cell devices (e.g., pcells or pycells)
• OpenAccess data model is helpful
