GENERAL FUNCTION

This position is designed for managing new material registration with brands/ factories to ensure all new materials and suppliers’ data are registered into system efficiently and timely.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Trace factory of vendor and material data collection.

• Correct material template from factory.

• Collect Vendor Setup form and Verify Supplier data for registration into SAP and PDM.

• Validate material data and scan color swatch and full color for 3D rendering.

• Upload scan file into material library.

• Register Material Data into System.

• Update tracking report of material data collection/registration and progress of each factory.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Good English in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

• Familiar with Computer Literate (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc.), able to use Microsoft office tools to do presentation and analysis report.

• Have a good knowledge on the shoes working process and material.

• Self-motivated and results driven.

• Good communication skills, familiar with develop procedure of shoe’s making.

• Prefer of experiences on non-leather Materials (textile/synthetic/hardware/ Accessary, etc.), focus on material development/innovation, ensuring materials integrity and driving all related material development activities through to Production.
