- Handling of multiple tasks within the assigned projects at the same time
- Handling of multiple customer’s requests in the expected timeline with high quality results
- Host and manage customers’ visits
- Prepare presentations for customer visits (including but not limited to Kick offs)
- Write the minutes of the meetings and teleconferences
- Facilitate the progress of the project activities
- Provide support to keep project timelines within the project plans agreed with customers
- Provide support in managing customer satisfaction
- Provide support to project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information within project teams.
- Facilitate positive interactions among team members and manage conflicts
- Update project and billing plans on Changepoint platform
- Support finance by projects billing
- Archive the project documentation.
- Draft the Changes of Scopes/Project expansions based on Patheon Italy cost structure and guidelines from technical teams, to be provided to Patheon UK
- Effectively communicate, internally and externally, with professional approach to pro-actively influence and persuade to adopt appropriate decisions and recommendations.
- Escalate issues for discussion and resolution.
- Promote a positive, professional and pro-active culture within the function.
- Flexibility, multitasking and open minded attitude is expected to coordinate and lead work of others resources.
- Liaising with internal and external parties, there is a requirement for tact and discretion.
