Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager, who is responsible for LTE Broadcast release from pre-study to GA. You’re responsible to drive and secure the scoping, timing and quality of the deliveries to fulfil the business need. As an Ericsson leader, you will coach, challenge and foster an innovative and continuous improvement culture.

You are reporting to the head of LTE Broadcast based in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities & Tasks,
Make solid plans well anchored with systems, design and test

Continually track, act on and communicate program’s progress

Some travel will be needed to visit other sites

Position Qualifications

You are self-motivated and have the ability to work and take initiatives independent, with both short-term and long-term objectives. You are an experienced project manager with experience of driving large and complex R&D projects with a good technical understanding of LTE and SW development.

Strong Project Management competence in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Proven capability to drive solutions and improvements cross organizations.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, solution oriented with the drive to solve problems.

Deep knowledge of Product Development knowledge from Pre-Study to GA.

Good understanding of SW development methodology and trends.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor co-workers.

Knowledge of LTE and media delivery is preferable.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

BSc level or above in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge.

Minimum 5 years working experience as R&D leader.

Fluent in oral and written English.
