Role & Responsibility:

• Assists sales support team by reviewing customer process requirements; identify best process technology for application; Advises necessary technical design criteria to achieve process guarantees within acceptable project cost. Provide input on feasibility cost, schedules, capabilities, resources availability and contractual obligations for proposal development.

• Application/Process Discussions with Client; Develop Application/Process Concept; Liaison and networking with Core Tech. Centers; Cost Estimation; T

• • Prepare PD and P&ID's based upon calculations from Process Engineering
  • Responsible for equipment layout on general arrangement drawings
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and equipment specifications
  • Issue purchase requisitions and evaluate bids
  • Participate in vendor selection with Purchasing based on technical competence, quoted price, and delivery
  • Review vendor submittals for compliance with specification
  • Review and sign-off all drawing submittals to client and/or vendor
  • Coordinate inspection and field erection of GEA brewery equipment
  • Supervise mechanical checkout of equipment and coordinate overall startup activities including process and I&C support
  • Provide technical support to the installation and commissioning teams.

• Coordinate project resources and third parties/contractors for the flawless execution of projects;

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;

Ensure resource availability and allocation;

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring;

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;

Report and escalate to management as needed;

Coordinate the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders or to Project Director when necessary;

Perform risk management to minimize project risks;

Lead the planning and implementation of project;

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;

Define project tasks and resource requirements;

Manage project budget;

QHSE assurance;

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders or to Project Director when necessary;

Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions;

Project evaluations and assessment of results

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/contractors;

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Brewery Process technology

• Minimum of 4 years of Brewery project execution and management experience.

• Minimum 5 years working experience.

• Strong working knowledge on Auto CAD, Office and SAP software.

• Good customer-facing and internal;

• Commercial awareness

• Proficient in project management software

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written).

• Bachelor's degree or above in related field, such as Food machinery, or Food Engineering.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of work time in Great China area.
