Job Responsibilities:
1. Support Key Account Manager in offer and the Project Manager in initiative definition providing Industrial Cost and CAPEX Evaluation
2. Assure the implementation of Simultaneous Engineering leading the implementation of DFX, EEM/EPM, WPI Methodology & Tools
3. Lead the Plant Industrialization and Launch Team in the definition, implementation and monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities respecting the Project Life Cycle Milestones
4. Lead the Plant Industrialization and Launch Team in the definition, capacity sizing and implementation of Process, Tooling, Equipment and Lines
5. Lead the definition and the implementation of Human Resources Need sizing and Training Plan definition and implementation to support New Product launch Ramp-Up.
6. Lead the Plant Mfg. Team in the implementation of Product Change accordingly to Project Milestones
7. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Degree from Engineering school on any of majors on mechanical, industrial, electronic;
2. 2 year above experience in Project Management.
3. Good at English
