• Manage set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields, quality and productivity goals.

• 管理与控制设备顺利达到生产良率，质量，生产效率的目标。

• Establish process operating specifications/procedures, FMEA, control plan…etc.

• 建立制程生产与操作规范，失效模式效应分析，控制计划等质量文件。

• Qualifying and support new package development through product startup and establishing processes, equipment and material

• 通过制程的建立，设备安置来验证和支持新工艺的开发。

• Recommend, evaluate and procure new equipment/material as part of cost reduction programs enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.

• 能推荐与评估新的设备或材料来达到成本节约的目标，让公司高产出低消耗。

• Responsible for enhancing package performance and improve assembly robustness

• 负责提高制程的生产表现。

• Lead new product process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics.

• 领导制程所需的改进，能力评估，参数改进等。

• Communication with customers (internal and external) and suppliers

• 能有效的与客户（内部和外部）和供应商沟通。

• Support troubleshooting of Production quality issues

• 为解决生产质量问题提供支持与帮助。

• Provide training and qualification of engineers and technicians

• 为新进工程师与技术员提供培训与考核。

岗位需求：

• Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical/Electronic/Material Engineering

• 具备机械/电子/材料工程学士学位优先。

• Experience in new equipment vendor qualification, new line qualification with related statistical analysis skills

• 具备供应商认证能力及运用相应数据分析工具。

• Knowledge of project management and basic engineering kits like SPC, DOE, QC 7 tools, 8D, JMP

• 具备项目管理经验与基本的质量工具的应用能力，如：SPC，DOE，QC七大手法，8D，JMP。

• Good written and oral English

• 良好的英语读写能力。

• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 计算机技巧-微软办公软件（Word，Excel，PowerPoint）。

• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• 具备良好的分析能力。

• Good communication skills

• 具备良好的沟通能力。
