PE Teacher (Badminton Specialization)
One bilingual K12 school is looking for a passionate and qualified PE Teacher specialized in Badminton to join the growing international school team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in the related areas
Teaching qualification certificate (Preferred)
At least 2 years of teaching experience in bilingual or international school settings
Strong badminton coaching and instructional skills

Key Responsibilities
PE Curriculum & Instruction:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons for students across various age groups, aligning with national and/or school curriculum standards.

Effectively teach a range of physical activities, sports, and health-related fitness concepts, with badminton as a primary focus.

Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student abilities, ensuring all students experience success, progress, and enjoyment.

Badminton Program Development & Coaching:

Lead and manage the school's badminton program, including after-school training sessions, school team development, and participation in inter-school competitions and tournaments.

Identify, nurture, and coach talented players, providing advanced technical and tactical instruction.

Organize intra-school badminton events, leagues,competitions to promote participation and school spirit.

Manage badminton equipment inventory and ensure the safe and proper use of facilities.

Student Welfare & Assessment:

Promote sportsmanship, fair play, resilience, and teamwork within all sporting activities.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining records of achievement.

Ensure the highest standards of health and safety during all practical sessions, conducting thorough risk assessments.

Collaboration & Community Engagement:

Work collaboratively with the PE department to contribute to curriculum planning and whole-school sports events (e.g., Sports Day).

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, team schedules, and achievements.

Potentially contribute to other extracurricular sports clubs or activities as required.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a closely related field.

Proven experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting.

Demonstrable expertise in badminton, with a strong playing and/or coaching background.
