The Sports Specialist or PE teacher selected for this position will teach at Shanghai Schools and various coaching and admin works assigned by ISG/NIKE Sports Camps-Greater China. This person must be professionally prepared to teach young children (Estimation: Ages 6-15)
Duties and responsibilities:
1) As a PE teacher, you will have to teach soccer about 20 classes each week
2) Take lead in managing the school team of training and tournaments
3) Organize soccer and other sports activities that make an Active School.
4) Organize weekend non-profit activities for communities
5) Mentor school PE teachers and school team coaches
6) Deliver training to program member schools
7) Provide observations and evaluations to program quality
8) Other tasks assigned by the program management team
Employment Package: 10-12 Months Employment: 1) Housing subsidy 2) 14,000RMB Monthly Salary (TBD depending on performance) 3) International Health Insurance 4) $2000 Flight Subsidy Upon Contract Completion 5) Additional income opportunities available if do more coaching hours or management work for ISG/NIKE Sports Camps-Greater China Desired Skills and Experience: 1) Strong background in Soccer as athlete/coach/teacher is preferred 2) World Class Organization Trained and Certified Preferred 3) Enjoy Teaching Various Ages 4) At least one-year commitment to China and willing to travel during stay 5) Demonstrate strong communication skills and leadership, especially with U15 kids 6) Good judgment on the performance of PE staff 7) Observe local laws and regulations 8) Fluent in English.
