1.Boarding and Student Wellbeing teacher will provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our Boarding and teaching staff including staff development, performance management and deployment. The Head of Boarding and Student Wellbeing will provide effective leadership and support to staff, students and parents while inspiring an atmosphere of energy, excitement and high achievement. Focused on developing a high performing learning community, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the Boarding School. This will include the design and leadership of a highly effective residential programme. In addition the Head of Boarding and Student Wellbeing will create an inspiring and motivating programme of social and emotional development for all students from Grades 8 to 12.
2.This position will also be involved in some teaching as well, mostly will be PE class, or ESL class, or some tuturing.
