Responsibilities/Tasks • Lead and manage a small team of Simcenter PFD’s focused on the HEAT & Major Auto OEM’s • Develop strategies to shift to SaaS and grow through a LAER approach the main SW revenue areas – Flow & Thermal, Mechanical and Systems. • Mentor and guide PFD in developing initiatives and strategies to increase the market share through competitive displacement from – Ansys, DS, GT and Altair. • Build trust and maintain a healthy communication with sales leadership. • Drive niche areas in Autonomous and Test • Take on direct responsibility in driving the Simcenter business at key select accounts. • Reporting into the core industry Simcenter PFD team, as the PFD Simcenter manager for the major auto OEM’s and HEAT (Heavy Equipment, Automotive & Transportation) industries, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Simcenter PFD’s to help drive Siemens Simcenter solutions, including autonomous solutions. • The manager will be responsible in leading a team of Portfolio Development Executives to work with sales organizations and customers (direct & indirect) in driving business plans that grow the Simcenter SW revenue. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Must currently be located in the continental USA • At least 3 years working in the US automotive market • Experience in effectively managing or supervising a team is preferred • At least 5 years’ experience in the CAE software market (either in a sales or technical capacity) Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Unites States.
