Your essential responsibilities: Drive strategic direction of the business for Eaton Electronics plant in PH and ensure achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with Eaton’s Policies Plan, organize, direct and control all activities and functions of the human resources department and support other departments in this perspective Participate as a key member of plant manager’s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility. Eaton Philippine includes 2 plants (Electronics Division and Distributed Power Quality Division), this position is for Electronics Division, but will have potential to be campus HR head if performance well in the future Qualifications If You Have: Bachelor’s degree, prefers major in science or engineering Minimum of 12 years human resources generalist experience in big manufacturing and MNC companies Knowledgeable of multiple HR functions of C&B, ER, L&D, OD, Communication, etc. Working knowledge of Philippines Labor law and regulations Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills Creative and take active to make the thoughts grand Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience Proven ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations with managerial courage Strong coaching, facilitation and influence skills, involvement in business strategy and implementation to improve organizational effectiveness Change management and Project management skills and practical experience Across functions working experience would be plus Yes!
