Job Responsibilities:
1、负责项目的PLC 编程，设备的内部调试
Responsible for the project PLC programming, internal equipment commissioning
2、协助电气工程师完成设备控制系统的设计和硬件选型。
Assist electrical engineer to complete the control system design and hardware selection.
3、按照技术要求及硬件组态独立完成项目编程，确保PLC程序编写规范，功能满足使用要求。
Complete project programming independently according to technical requirements and hardware configuration, ensure the PLC program is written normatively, all functions can satisfy the operating requirements.
4、及时发现并解决调试中碰到的问题，独立按时完成项目的内部调试工作，使设备各项功能正常，达到设计要求。
Find out, then solve the problems which occurred during debugging process in time, complete the project internal testing independently, keep the equipment functions working properly, and meet the design requirements.
5、及时支持现场工程师完成设备外部调试，确保设备按要求投入使用。
Support onsite engineer in time to finish the external commissioning and ensure the equipment put into use as required.
6、支持资料编辑员完成产品资料的编辑，特别是操作界面描述、使用说明以及故障诊断。
Give support to document editor to complete the product documentation especially the operation interface description, instruction and fault diagnosis.
7、与电气工程师协作完成加注设备控制系统硬件及标准程序的开发。
Work together with electrical engineer to complete the hardware design and standard program development of filling equipment control system.
8、负责完成德国Somac 公司项目的内部调试，与德国同事交流沟通项目事宜。
Complete internal debugging of Somac.
9、新产品的研发。

10、熟练掌握新设备的工作原理，能够对新产品新设备进行PLC程序编程调试。
Mastering working principle of new equipment, able to do PLC programming and debugging of new device.
11、填写内部设备调试记录/功能检查单，内部产品移交/验收单。完成程序的上传备份。
Filling the checklist of internal equipment/function debug logging, internal product transfer/acceptance form. Upload and backup program.
12、拍摄设备调试结束后的关键部位照片并存档。以便于以后的远程支持。
Take the photo of key parts of the device after debugging to ensure the convenience of remote support later.
13、独立完成新设备的使用/检查/维修保养说明书，给档案部门提供说明书清样。
Complete using/inspection/maintenance instructions manual of new device independently, and provide the final proof of manual to archival departments.

Job Requirements
1、本科及以上，自动化、机械自动化、电气自动化或机电一体化相关专业。Bachelor degree or above in automation, mechanical automation, electrical automation or mechatronics related field.
2、具有3 年以上相关工作经验；优秀应届生也可接受。
With at least 3 years relevant working experience； excellent graduates are also acceptable.
3、熟练西门子、AB等PLC编程/调试经验。同时具有机械，气动，液压，安全等相关知识，能够理解电气原理图，有实际操作的能力和经验。Familiar with Siemens, AB PLC programming/debugging experience. With both mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, safety and other related knowledge, able to understand the electrical schematic diagram and with hands-on skills and experience.
4、具有优秀的英语听说读写熟练能力，英语4级以上；会德语者优先。
Excellent written and spoken English, CET 4 or above; German is a plus.
5、良好的沟通能力、适应能力和自我学习能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。
Excellent communication skills, adaptability, self-learning skill, able to work under pressure.
