Your Responsibility

• Manage all the terminals in the production area, not limited to computer,tablet, pinter, scanner, UPS, SFIT terminal troubleshooting in time, and regular maintenance

• Align with group standard to define local terminal standard, define terminal validation process and apply to all terminal accordingly

• Prepare handbook and user guide to train terminal users.

• Update and optimize firmware/system of different kind of terminal.

• Active support and integrated IT software/tools to improve maintenance and production efficiency regarding internal demand

• Do the diagnosis analysis based on well understanding of the Ethernet system

• Do the diagnosis analysis based on well understanding for the field bus system ( Profibus, Profinet, RS232)

Your Requirements

• University degree or higher in a computer engineering/information systems related field

• At least 3 Years relevant experience terminal devices, such as computer, printer ect. and related experience in

• Automobile industry is a plus

• Strong communication skills and surplus project management abilities

• Good team work spirit

• Fluent in English, German is a plus.

• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

• Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong.
