Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- A high technology company
- R&D / manufacturing : 100% bio-degradable food packaging product
- A patented material, a composite and a consumer product, comprising a pulp and a fibrillated cellulose, wherein the pulp and the fibrillated cellulose are independently derived from plant fiber – this material will then be used for making food packaging products which is 100% natural and 100% bio-degradable
- Shatin Science Park office : R&D centre & prototyping workshop for making the food packaging product prototype
- Production plant : Tai Po Industrial Estate
- We are looking for PLC PROGRAMMER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Automation Team
- Work closely with Mechanical Engineer, Automation Engineer and Electrical Engineer to develop a new production automation system
- Design, create, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems that are either directly or indirectly driven by Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Develop a custom-made PLC program for production automation systems that address a wide variety of safety requirements and operating conditions.
- It will be an added asset, although not a mandatory requirement, if you have hardware knowledge and be able to design an electrical control panel.
- You will support the testing, troubleshooting electrical power/control issues at our own factory.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, IT or other related disciplines
- Solid PLC programming experience preferably in manufacturing sector or production automation
- Experience in whole automation system development cycle from zero to completion
- Interest in bio-degradable products
- Passion in automation
- Team spirit
- No trips is required
- Office location : Shatin Science Park
