GENERAL FUNCTION

This position is an office based job in front of a computer for system data entry, monitoring under a timely manner, analyze system accuracy, report different levels of reporting per request, an overtime must be required when there is a necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Train factories and brands associated for both PLM and BW system.
• Monitor PLM data report at development milestone and monthly report after conference stage, trace each brand to get inconsistent items to be fixed based on brand PLM RACI.
• Measure PLM data scorecard at GTM/LDM/SM stage.
• Prepare each SM allocation report for brand director to analyze the new development number/forecast/price on the next day after duty due date.
• System Trouble Shoot when there is a query from Asia team.
• PLM Testing and Asia PLM issues resolution.
• BW Reporting Testing and BW issues resolution.
• Utilize PLM data for data analysis and deliver different levels of KPI reporting to corporate team.
• Work with related department offline when a non-PLM data report is required.
• Other special projects to be assigned from manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Command written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel, basic database understanding
• Strong communication skills.
• Can work independently and under a heavy pressure.
• 3 years or above of footwear product development experience.
• Systems knowledge (ERP/PLM) helpful but not a must.
