En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante PLS/Design Assistant - Data Entry. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: Responsable de la ejecución las actividades del área de control de cambios en el departamento de Diseño (PLS), encargado de coordinar el proceso de implementación de los MCOs, del mantenimiento de atributos en las partes localizadas en Enovia y de asegurar la exactitud de los listados de materiales. Encargado de dar soporte a los ingenieros en las investigaciones de causa raíz y acciones correctivas de errores de inventario, listado de materiales y requerimientos de operaciones. Funciones Esenciales: 1. Ejercer el rol de MCO coordinator para la planta: recibir todos los MCOs generados para la planta, asignarlos y promoverlos. 2. Ejercer el rol de Company Representative en ENOVIA: crear y dar mantenimiento a departamentos, roles de usuarios, plantillas, listas de distribución. 3. Coordinar las actividades del área (solicitudes recibidas según orden de prioridad). 4. Creación de estructuras (catálogos personalizados) solicitadas por los clientes. 5. Encargarse de la Implementación de los ECOs y Release Letters en MAPICS. 6. Proveer soporte a los ingenieros en relación con la investigación de problemas de estructuras, realizando análisis de causa raíz. 7. Mantener la funcionalidad del sistema ERP (MAPICS) con la creación / actualización de los “special parts” (partes con configuraciones especiales para el funcionamiento del sistema MI). 8. Realizar mensualmente las auditorias de listado de materiales (BOM) según requerimiento de finanzas. 9. Generacion y distribucion semanal del log de ECOs 10. Mantenimiento de la documentación del área (procedimientos / instructivos) 11. Mantener 5S en su área asignada. Qualifications Requisitos: Estudiante Universitario de Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica con 120 créditos aprobados .ó, Técnico en Mecánica o Electromecánica. Ó Tecnólogo Mecatrónica Conocimientos intermedios del idioma Inglés. Conocimientos intermedios en el manejo de PC: Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
