Job responsibilities：

• 
  Lead across design, custom programming, and marketing disciplines. Focus on business objectives and track project progress.

• Manage effective and ongoing client communication, as well as effectively communicating with team members.

• Monitor and addressing any / all project issues and immediately act upon them.

• Identify client needs and translating them into technical requirements. Be constantly aware of further adjustments and corporations.

• Provide weekly/monthly project status updates and facilitate meetings with clients as needed and dealing with multiple simultaneous projects.

• Ensure the project priorities, milestones and deliverables that are clearly communicated and understood by the project team.

• Other related work as required.

Requirements：

• 
  At least 5 year experience in drug discovery and 1-2 year(s) experience in account management/business/administration or other related fields. Master of Science or related degree or above.

• A fast learner and dynamic problem solver, who is extremely organized and calendar-driven. Have a can-do attitude and exceptional conflict resolution skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and flexibility. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Superb verbal and written communication skill (English) is a MUST!

• 完成客户信息搜集、客户联络、接洽、签约、维护和服务等，找到潜在业务增长点。

• 参与落实客户调研、市场调研、推广等，提供竞争信息，协助制定支持策略。

• 负责项目各方的会议安排及相关文档的撰写与管理（时间进度表、会议纪要、邮件备份等等），及时沟通各方意见。

• 与项目协调相关的其他工作。

任职要求：

• 
  具有至少5年药物研发和1-2年工商管理、市场、商务等相关专业，研究生及以上学历。

• 逻辑思维清晰，学习力强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力、跨部门协助能力；有良好的团队合作精神和工作热情。

• 对国内新药研发、生物医药、医药外包行业有较深的了解和认知，具备优秀的人际沟通协调能力。

• 具备灵活及高效地处理问题的能力，能够同时兼顾多项任务；具有较强的组织与协调能力。

• 对药物研发过程，特别是discovery阶段精通者或有制药/生物技术、CRO公司市场部、商务部工作经历者优先。

• 具有良好的中英文听说读写能力。
